Please join us as we visit with Canary Wharf Group to learn about the extensive retrofit and adaptive reuse projects they are undertaking.

We are privileged to be hosted by Tom Venner, Chief Development Officer, who will share details of their retrofit project pipeline across the Canary Wharf and Southbank Place estates, and also lead a discussion of how and why retrofit fits into the business plan of one of the UK’s largest developers and landlords.

  • 11:15 Walking tour & discussion on retrofit challenges & opportunities, hosted by CWG Senior Development Managers

  • 12:15 Meet back at CWG office on Level 30 to collect bags/coats etc
