Tour : Tipping Point East, London

  • Tipping Point East 10 Charles Street London, England, E16 2BY United Kingdom (map)

Don’t Waste Buildings has teamed up with The London Society, a civic society and charity, as we know many of you will be interested in a visit to the recently opened Tipping Point East in Newham’s Royal Docks.

Tipping Point East is a new circular construction hub bringing together material reuse, training, SMEs and research on one working site. It offers a practical look at how reuse can work in reality - not just as an idea, but as part of everyday construction and development.

For Don’t Waste Buildings, this is exactly the kind of project that shows what’s possible - supporting jobs, skills and local businesses, while reducing waste and carbon.

During the visit, we’ll tour the site, see how materials are stored and reused, and hear from the organisations behind it about how it works and what challenges remain.

Join us for a chance to see reuse in action and to discuss what it would take to make this the norm rather than the exception.

This is a paid tour, and tickets can be booked via The London Society HERE.
