Case Study Tour: BRUDI Building

  • BRUDI Design and Innovation Hub 420 Victoria Street Brunswick, VIC, 3056 Australia (map)

On Wednesday, 6th May another fabulous Don’t Waste Buildings tour is taking place in Victoria, Australia!

Adam Trevaskus, Co-Founder & Director of Impact Neighbourhoods, will be taking us round the fabulous BRUDI regeneration project and exemplar in what can be achieved through building re-use to re-activate a community and neighbourhood.

Adam shares this story of transformation: how a former high school went from A$50K annual liability for the local council to a A$400K revenue-generating asset over 5 years, without council capital required.

The key wasn't just the financial structure – it was applying regenerative development principles to create conditions for emergence rather than imposing a fixed plan.

This promises to be informative, insightful and a great opportunity for us to come together.

The tour will be from 12.00-13.00 AEST with an option to gather at Coconspirators Brewery opposite for a lunch afterwards. https://coconspirators.com.au/

Register HERE.

This event is FREE but places will be limited to 20, so please register soon!
