On Tuesday 5th May, join Don’t Waste Buildings for another top-tier case study tour in Manchester.

Alex and Alex will share the story of the building’s transformation; how close engagement with the planners supported the interventions to the listed building; and how changing the failing 1960s façade made its reignition as a functional workplace possible after years of being abandoned due to poor performance. Now a prime example of sustainable building reuse (and sheer determination), Pall Mall will be net zero in construction and operation, has achieved EPC A and is expected to obtain BREEAM ‘Very Good’.

The tour will take place from 09:00–10:00 with an option to gather for tea/coffee in the communal kitchen afterwards to continue the discussion.

Register HERE.

This event is FREE but places will be limited to 20, so please register soon!
